Building Information Modeling (BIM) is rapidly becoming the industry standard for the production of building documentation. As a young, technologically savvy company, we have always worked smart and are proud to say that we are the earliest adopter of 3D visualization tools and BIM technology since 2012.

HCTS have invested and developed a full in-house BIM capability in our offices in Dubai and Mumbai, and all our teams are familiar with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit. We work with architects, OEM factories, interior designers and operators, owners, and operators to ensure the selection of proper BIM information in the form of Revit Families that are tailored for the project.

An active and on-going training program ensures that our in-house technical experts remain current on the latest developments of this technology; and we can now deliver drawings to Level of Design LoD 100, 200 and 300 depending on the project requirements.
