We hereby declare that our organization HCTS International (UAE) and HCTS Design Pte Ltd (Singapore) and any associated branch and/or representative offices as well as our personnel comprising shareholders, directors, founders, principals and staff are 100% independent and are not associated with any vendors, distributors, manufacturers or suppliers related to our scope of services. We are independent and unaffiliated and do not have a stake or interest in any OEM, factory, supplier or vendor related to the supply and installation of commercial kitchen & laundry equipment. You can always rely on us for impartial & independent advice in keeping with your project objectives in all geographical markets, countries and territories where we operate.

We are committed to providing a quality service in a manner that minimises our potential impact on the environment. We will operate in compliance with all relevant environmental legislation and strive to use pollution prevention and the best environmental practices in all we do. We integrate the consideration of environmental concerns and impacts into all of our decision making and activities. We promote environmental awareness among our employees and encourage them to work in an environmentally responsible manner. We train, educate and inform our employees about environmental issues that may affect their work. We reduce waste through re-use and recycling and by purchasing recycled, recyclable or re-furbished products and materials where these alternatives are available, economical and suitable. We promote efficient use of materials and resources including water, electricity, raw materials and other resources, particularly those that are non-renewable. We avoid unnecessary use of hazardous materials and products, and seek substitutions when feasible. We purchase (within our organisation) and specify (on behalf of our clients) environmentally responsible products.

HEALTH & SAFETY STATEMENT

It is an important duty of this organisation, in the conduct of its business operations, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all its employees. The organisation accepts the fact that this implies a corresponding duty of ensuring that necessary organisation, equipment and training is provided to fulfil this obligation. An effective health and safety policy requires the full collaboration and co-operation of all employees; everybody is asked to read this policy and accept their own personal responsibility for health and safety at work. It is the responsibility of management to maintain the spirit and letter of the principles incorporated in the relevant legislation to ensure the safest systems of work and a safe, healthy working environment, by consultation and joint involvement of management and employees, to enlist the active interest, participation and support of employees in promoting good standards. It is the responsibility of every employee to take all reasonable care for the health and safety of him/herself and of fellow employees and to report any hazard which cannot be controlled personally, to co-operate with the organisation by observing safety rules and complying with any measures designed to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. The Managing Director accepts ultimate responsibility for health and safety within the organisation as a whole. 

 

All managers and employees generally are expected to support and implement these policies wholeheartedly.
